Tekst

Based on the concept food hacking Julian Ramirez Bierring has created a system focusing on reducing the amount of waste in connection with cultivation and consumption of home-grown food. The idea is that the users themselves can contribute and exchange food hacks and thus help each other to understand how to generate small creative everyday food revolutions which in aggregate means that we consume less.

The platform consists of a service in the form of a blog and a web page where people can share knowledge and also buy products which makes it easier and more sustainable to be an urban farmer and cultivate one’s own food.
