How can I rethink the shopping concept of Danish Supermarkets to focus on health?

Today almost all communication in supermarkes focus on quantity in relation to the total price.
Price is important, but why can't we sell food from healthier and more informative aspects?
In this project I deal with the discussion about health and food – food in relation to colors and with inner elements such as vitamins.

The project has its focul point around the interpretation of how we think price today.
