At the Hacker Lab at Design School Kolding, students work with technology as material for design.
Through a range of experiments and workshops, a range of tools, techniques, equipment and software are developed and tested, often using a powerful open source-inspired DIY approach and collaboration across departments and the Internet.
We mix the old with the new, the low tech with the state-of-the-art. Our understanding of technology is highly comprehensive: It’s not just about computers and code, but just as much about people and the systems they are part of. All students and projects are therefore welcome in the Hacker Lab.
