PLAY - the design way The ability of playfulness to inform many, if not all, design processes and outcomes is the driving principle of DesignCamp2018 at Design School Kolding. It recognises how open-ended and playful methods can drive idea development and strategic design potential. Plant a Seed - Dystopia MADCOOKING Concept, developed by Design School Kolding students, motivates international students to learn Danish through cookling events and social cross-cultural encounters. Implementation of design projects from DesignCamp2017 We mature selected projects and test prototypes in the right context. Through user involving workshops and happenings we test the relevance of the concepts and their level of sustainability. An event that gathers Danish and international students, private companies, public institutions, designers, researchers and others with an interest in design in addressing global challenges and solving common problems. Project Troldhede Trail - Room for Everyone Kolding Kommune ønsker at den gamle jernbanestrækning skal være et attraktivt tilbud til alle borgere – også bevægelseshæmmede, svagtseende, psykisk sårbare og socialt udsatte. Målet er, at mødet i det fri skal skabe nye fællesskaber mellem borgere med vidt forskellige forudsætninger.
