HVAD?

WHAT? The Sea Chair is a chair made from recycled materials from the vast amounts of waste found in the world's oceans.

HOW? The chair is constructed of wood and blue nylon cords that bring to mind fishermen's blue nets - those same nets that in the sea are death traps for life below the surface, but which here reappear in aesthetic form for the benefit of the user of the chair.

WHY? The handling of the large amounts of waste floating around in the oceans has been a great source of inspiration for the designer.
