Waiting to start my internship
In January I had a month at Design School Kolding before I was to start my internship. I spend the time with a lot of exiting and cozy doings, e.g. a little trip to Göteborg to visit my illustrator friend up there. I gathered some great inspiration and saw the school HDK she is attending.
The creative things I decided to focus on this month was finally taking the time to make new illustration to sell. I really looked forward to just to sit down and paint, draw, cut and paste, play around with the computer and drink coffee at the same time. One day I was allowed to learn screen printing. It was so great and fun. I loved to mix all the colours. In three days I had made a tiny mass production of printed, painted landscapes with screen printed pastelcirkels on the top. Even though I made a lot of them, they are all a little variated because of the screen print technique.
It has been a great month, and here in February I will begin my internship at Bloomingville. I really look forward to this.
