Vidste du, at dit tøj i fremtiden kommer til at have et digitalt pas, i form af en QR-kode, med i bagagen, hele vejen fra producenten og hjem til dig? Det digitale produkt pas (DPP) vil gemme på masser af information om blandt andet materialer og produktets livscyklus, primært til brug for de forskellige led i produktionskæden.

Men hvad nu hvis passet også kunne bære en mere personlig historie med sig? Det undersøger designeren ud fra tanken om, at en tættere følelsesmæssig tilknytning til tøjet, vil forlænge vores brug, og dermed styrke tøjets bæredygtighed.

Did you know that in the future, your clothes will have a digital passport in the form of a QR code, accompanying them all the way from the manufacturer to your home? The Digital Product Passport (DPP) will contain a wealth of information about materials and the product's lifecycle, primarily for use by the various stakeholders in the supply chain.

But what if the passport could also carry a more personal story with it? The designer is exploring this idea, believing that a stronger emotional connection to clothing will prolong our usage and thus enhance the sustainability of garments.
