For bryggeriet People like Us handler bæredygtighed både om klima og om det socialt bæredygtige i at beskæftige udsatte borgere, hvis mentale handicap gør det svært at finde jobs. Designerne forener flere dagsordener i projektet, hvor de ansatte gør fadølsbeholdere i plastic klar til genbrug. Erfaringerne omsættes til et værktøj, som hjælper andre virksomheder til at ansætte udsatte borgere. Projektet illustreres i designet af en fysisk genstand, der gør bryggeriets kunder bevidste om missionen og at psykiske udfordringer ikke altid er synlige.

For the brewery People Like Us, sustainability is about the climate but also about the social sustainability of employing vulnerable citizens whose mental disabilities make it difficult for them to find jobs. The designers combine several agendas in the project, in which the employees prepare plastic draft beer containers for recycling. The experience is translated into a tool that helps other companies in employing vulnerable citizens. The project is illustrated in the design of a physical object that makes the brewery's customers aware of the mission and of the fact that mental challenges are not always visible.
