Still(e) billeder i en travl verden
Amalie Grauengaard har skabt et sølvsmykke i form af et pinhole-kamera, som kræver, at man sidder stille i 5 minutter, for at billedet kan blive til noget. Med smykket bliver et øjeblik foreviget og forankret i de refleksioner eller minder, som stilheden afføder og kan være med til at skabe ro i en travl hverdag. I interaktion med smykket skaber bæreren desuden en unik og personlig forbindelse mellem krop, sted og objekt.

Very still photos in a busy world
Amalie Grauengaard has created a piece of silver jewellery in the form of a pinhole camera that requires the photographer to sit still for 5 minutes for the picture to come out. By capturing a moment and anchoring it in the reflections or memories that this stillness gives rise to, the piece may help bring a sense of calm in a busy everyday life. In interaction with the jewellery, the wearer also creates a unique and personal connection between body, site and object.
