Passionen for materialer har motiveret Maria Vesterskov Kristensen til at designe et helt nyt materiale. Hovedkomponenten er træ, men materialet kan støbes i en form, idet er sammensat af rester fra træindustrien og bio-plast. Det nye kompositmateriale er et bæredygtigt alternativ med de sanselige kvaliteter fra træet og de tilsatte farvepigmenter.

Cast, colourful wood
Driven by a passion for materials, Maria Vesterskov Kristensen has designed a brand-new composite. The main component is wood, but the new material can be cast in a mould, as it is composed of scraps from the woodworking industry and bio-plastic. The new composite is a sustainable alternative with sensuous qualities from wood and the added pigments.
