About the Project
How might we improve the existing system for textile waste collection in Frederiksberg municipality?
To solve this question, deep understanding of all the factors in the system was needed. Through system mapping, user involvement and prototyping, the solution reached was a plan for the next 10 years. This plan proposes solutions in different places within the system, such as the bins or the overall communication of the municipality with the citizens.
