Vi definerer begrebet "Fælles beslutningstagning" som to verdener, der mødes: Lægen er ekspert i diagnosen, patienten er ekspert i sit eget liv. Derfor er beslutningen om den rette behandling en beslutning, som patient og læge tager i fællesskab. Det skaber tryghed og bedre behandlingsresultater.

Projekt Sundhed, Kultur og Natur er igangsat og gennemføres af Region Syddanmark i et partnerskab med Institut for idræt og Biomekanik, SDU og Designskolen Kolding. Projektet har til formål at styrke indsatser på tværs af sundhed, kultur og natur for derigennem at fremme borgernes fysiske og mentale sundhed. På Designskolen Kolding er projektet forankret i Lab for Social Design.
