A real boot

Danish shoe design in popular calendar

-Slip into something totally fabulous. This is the motto of this year’s much wanted shoe calendar Workman’s Shoe Calendar 2016 that displays 365 pages/days of daring, bold and colourful shoe design.

In the calendar is also the short boot ”Leather ”pace” boot” designed by Christian Hansen, Maria Rokkedahl Nørholm and Lea Zaar Østergaard, all Design School Kolding graduates.

The short boot was designed during the ”Walk!” masterclass organised by Design School Kolding and ECCO in 2010.

-The shoe has a straightforward design leaving space for different covers for different occasions, the three designers explain.
