DESIGN in a new light: Kolding School of Design to inaugurate new mural artwork

On Tuesday 5 May, Kolding School of Design will inaugurate the mural artwork DESIGN, created by artist Elle-Mie Ejdrup Hansen – with the participation of Mayor Jakob Ville, who will carry out the official inauguration.

The artwork marks the completion of the school’s recent building renovation and stands as a new visual beacon for the institution. Positioned on the building’s gable, it is visible in the cityscape and contributes to strengthening the school’s identity and presence in Kolding.

The inauguration will be marked by a short programme offering insights into the ideas behind the artwork and the process leading to its completion. The event is open to all, and light refreshments will be served.
