A handful of talented and skilled designers with lots of experience and commitment will be at the head of further raising the level of ambition for the fields of Communication Design, Industrial Design, Accessories, and Textiles at the Kolding School of Design.
The objective for the new Heads of Subject is to strengthen each domain while drawing closer the cross-disciplinary target areas of the educational programmes. At the same time, they will spend half their time teaching.
The new beacons are:
- Communication Design: Graphic Designer Stephan Saaltink, Head of Subject
- Communication Design: Graphic Designer Rikke Hansen, Study Coordinator
- Industrial Design: Industrial Designer Kåre Birk, Head of Subject
- Accessories: Jewellery Designer Josephine Winther, Head of Subject
- Textiles: Textile Designer Helle Graabæk, Head of Subject
Fashion will be reformulating its profile. This means that the position as Head of Fashion will be readvertised with a revised content to match the subject.
