Redesign of Ballets Enduring Beauty

This bachelor project merges ballet and contemporary fashion through five spring/summer womenswear outfits. Focusing on sustainability, aesthetics and movement. Repurposing of pointe shoes, tutus and discarded secondhand materials. Exploring material-driven design, aiming to inspire the fashion industry to embrace redesign. Reflecting on how working with discarded materials shapes the creative process within constraints.
