Background
Light sets a mood like no other. The sun. A lamp. Fire. The reflection in a window pane or from a blank surface. But which light creates which mood, and what is the function of light?
Light Interaction
Jorge Durán Bastidas’s lighting design shows how light in its pure or manipulated form can change both the space and the feeling in that space. He experiments with multiple dimensions in order to meet the needs of the space and of the user, for example a soft, diffused light or the playful, activating light.
