Between Skin and Motif
Between Skin and Motif is a physical method book for tattoo artists who develop their own designs. Through four open phases – Inspiration, Movement, Narrative, and Motif – the tool supports dialogue with the client and the exploration of references, body placement, personal meaning, and motif development. Built with movable pages, fabric, tracing paper, and plastic sleeves, the book can be adapted to each tattoo artist’s practice.
