Student project
My Sky
Background
A reflection journal for young people in a shelter – a space for thoughts and feelings on their own terms.
My Sky
My Sky” was developed in collaboration with Medusa as a reflection tool for teenagers living in shelters with their mothers. The book supports teenagers in exploring thoughts, feelings, and experiences through questions, exercises, and visual elements. It can also be used as a starting point for, or supplement to, conversations with staff, which many young people may find challenging. The title draws on the sky as a metaphor for emotions – changing, complex, and not always easy to control – and that is okay.
