Kolding School of Design takes the stage at Copenhagen Fashion Week

On 4 August, Kolding School of Design invites you to the graduation runway show At the Intersection during Copenhagen Fashion Week. Here, 13 newly graduated fashion designers will present their graduation collections on the runway at Pakhus 11.

At the Intersection explores the point where different stories, expressions and perspectives meet. The designers, who have recently completed either their bachelor’s or master’s degree, each work from their own distinct point of departure and invite the audience into individual worlds that intersect on the runway and become part of a shared narrative.

There is room for difference – in visual language, materials and ways of telling stories. Through humour, critical reflection and speculative approaches, the designers challenge norms and preconceptions about what fashion can be.

Craftsmanship, form and material are not only defining elements of the collections. They also support the conversations and reflections the designers wish to initiate. Audiences can therefore expect a graduation show in which different worlds are connected without the individual design voices losing their distinctiveness.
