Labor & Love

A self-reflective graduation project exploring stress, work culture, and care in the fashion field. Through both teaching and design practice, internalised overwork and perfectionism are challenged. The project develops alternative principles for a more sustainable, present, and mentally healthy approach – for both students and independent designers.
