In contrast to the attention-devouring screens of the digital world, the textile designer intends to create an ever-changing spatial experience that requires physical and mental presence. As you move through the space, where lengths of printed textiles hang in layers, the colours blend and change, and patterns and shapes appear. The project investigates how mood, colours, ornamentation and textiles affect our senses and our presence.
