Cookbook for Suhrs Højskole

This bachelor’s project is a cookbook developed for Suhrs Højskole. The book is conceived as a lasting object that can be passed down through generations and bear the marks of use, notes, and stains from the kitchen. In an era characterised by digital recipes and decorative coffee-table cookbooks, the project explores how the physical cookbook can continue to create value as both a practical kitchen tool and an object of remembrance. The book is intended to serve as a link between past, present, and future students at Suhrs Højskole.
