Undoubtedly you are familiar with the annoying sensation of a lovely piece of clothing that doesn't really fit properly.

    Graduation project by Charlotte Hansen
Only 12 percent of Danish women fit the standard Danish clothes sizes, and consequently many women discard their clothes long before they are worn out –to the detriment of the environment and the climate. In her project, the designer applies the classic pleating technique. It adds flexibility to the textile and thus provides a comfortable freedom of movement for several different body types. The project investigates the potential of a partial digitization of the pleating process with digital textiles and 3D body scans of women.
