FRAGILE FOCUS KIT
How do you design for patients when you cannot test with them? This project answers that question. A cognitive accessibility testing protocol and toolkit developed with Dawn Health uses cognitive load simulations to identify accessibility barriers in health app interfaces early in the design process – before patients ever encounter them. Built for agile teams with limited research budgets, it makes cognitive accessibility measurable from day one.
