Creating bonds

In Europe, we throw away 10 million tons of furniture each year and recycle only 1%. 

I want to challenge the throwaway culture by creating a stronger emotional bond between people, materials, and furniture. 

I work with the industries' discarded resources and design based on the materials’ properties and dimensions. By inviting users to build their own furniture within set frameworks, I offer them a chance to form a personal connection through the story they build, while helping reduce the overconsumption of furniture.
