"This design proposal uses a calendar format to reinterpret the visual language of the traditional Taiwanese lunar calendar, integrating elements of Danish culture to create a cross-cultural way of marking time. In collaboration with the Taipei Representative Office in Denmark, the project invites Taiwanese residents in Denmark to co-create the calendar—shaping its format, content, and featured holidays. The calendar aims to serve as a platform for community connection, helping Taiwanese immigrants maintain a link to their cultural roots while also offering an entry point to better understand and engage with Danish traditions.”
