Young people’s meeting with the bank

Many people consider their personal economy a private issue, but it is also a topic that is often associated with feelings of doubt and uncertainty. Especially for young adults, who often experience life changes during their 20s that involve the need to make their first independent economic decisions. To facilitate this, Simone Lerche worked with Nordea to study how young adults meet the bank when they take out a loan and how that meeting can be challenged and developed.
