Design School Kolding organises entrepreneurship course

The course is developed for Design School Kolding graduates and focuses on the designer's role in relation to customers, business and market.
By Marianne Baggesen Hilger

Designers possess method knowledge that makes them unique and able to drive and support innovative processes not just within their own subject area but within a variety of industries. Design School Kolding has organised the course to help graduates kickstart their career.

The course will focus on self-employment as well as positions that require entrepreneurship skills. The four-day course will help the participants decide whether entrepreneurship and self-employment is for them, and train their entrepreneurship competences in general in relation to business start-up and project/team management.

Course instructor Per Krull, Senior Consultant at Resonans, says:
-When designers combine their design professionalism with entrepreneurship, an open mind, self-knowledge, reflection and learning through practice, they can add significant value to society.
