Embrace & Create: Park Oasen with Connection and Creativity by Jiayue Chu

This project enhances Park Oasen in Bispehaven by fostering connection and belonging among residents. I designed a toolkit inspired by Islamic decorations, enabling residents to create unique patterns that reflect their cultural identity. I also sought to transform the park’s fireplace area into a semi-open circular seating space, providing a warm and welcoming environment for social interaction.

Designing products that reflect culture fosters not only creativity but also a deeper sense of belonging.
