Baggrund
How might we design an intuitive user experience and user interface for a version for small and medium sized companies of an encryption software product, that requires no education or support, in order to increase sales?
About
Many digital startups have the technology and the brains to develop the product, but it is often difficult to actually sell the product and afterwards oversee the support for the users of the product.
Purpose
Top 3 objectives:
- Allow first-time user to use product without introduction.
- Smart efficient sign-up and immediate value for customer.
- Minimise support once customer is using product.
